Emerging Global Leader Award (K43, Clinical Trial Not Allowed) – PAR-24-296

The K43 gives 3 to 5 years of mentored research career development support to early-career scientists in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) who hold junior faculty or research scientist posts. The goal is an independently funded research career in an LMIC, with research mostly done there.Applicants can come from any health-related discipline and must propose research relevant to their country’s health priorities, supervised by an LMIC mentor and a US mentor.
