Primate Management Conference Kenya

Join us for the inaugural Primate Management Conference Kenya (PMCK) at the Kenya Institute of Primate
Research (KIPRE), Kenya, from February 15th to 19th, 2027. This conference is designed for those responsible for, or
interested in, aspects of the management of primates in captivity. The PMCK will feature presentations by
internationally and locally renowned experts in many areas relevant to the management of captive nonhuman
primates. The PMCK will begin with a public session on the afternoon of Monday, February 15th, followed by three
full days of sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (9 am until 4:30 pm), and will conclude with a halfday session and banquet lunch on Friday, February 19th.
The conference will be organized around hour-long presentations by a group of international and local experts
(most in-person, some
via Zoom), with the basic structure of 45 minutes of lecture followed by 15 minutes for discussion
