Corporation Secretary & Legal Services

The Corporation Secretary & Legal Services Directorate provides comprehensive legal, governance and corporate secretarial services to KIPRE and its Board. As the corporate secretariat, the Directorate supports the Board and its committees by facilitating meetings, maintaining statutory and governance records, advising on corporate governance requirements and ensuring effective communication between the Board, management and relevant stakeholders.
