Mr. Charles Kissingu, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over three decades of public service experience. He currently serves as an alternate board member representing the Principal Secretary, National Treasury, a position he was appointed to on 2nd December 2024.He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from Moi University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in HRM.
